Continuing from "The SiIvaGunner All-Star Summer Festival 2021: Legends of the Western Sunset", the video consists of a cinematic animation of Redwood describing his intent to kill PSY and take his bounty, as the camera pans over PSY's wanted poster, a picture of PSY performing onstage, a letter from Luis Fonsi about PSY's negative impact on local gangs, and a flyer for one of PSY's concerts on the date of the channel event, July 15.

The video comes with closed captions transcribing Redwood's monologue.

[The video begins with a black screen, then fades onto a wanted poster of PSY in Wild West-era clothing on a table, with the following text:] WANTED "Gentleman" PSY Dead or Alive $50000 Redwood: First bounty of the season--a Korean singer. Gentleman PSY, they call him. [The camera pans over to a picture of PSY on stage doing the "Gangnam Style" dance while twirling a lasso to an ecstatic audience, with the caption ""op" ~ PSY".] Redwood: They say that he’s a country-wide superstar, with the ladies fallin’ head over heels at every corner. Every town he visits brings in the cash, a massive boost to the economy. He’s got this one song… about a Gang from ‘Nam? [The camera pans over to a letter with the following text:] Mayor, Our gangs are reportin' reduced income. Nobody's takin' our "services" no more. We think it's because of ol' PSY here. You'd best act now... or we'll act for you. -Luis Fonsi Redwood: Of course, the local gangs aren’t having any of that. PSY here’s takin’ away business from the black markets. People choosin’ to throw away their gold at an idol that might not even come back for ‘em. So that’s where I come in. [The camera pans over to a PSY concert flyer with the following text:] GENTLEMAN PSY! SEE HIM ONE NIGHT ONLY AT THE GRAND SALOON JULY 15, EVENIN' Redwood: His next concert will be at the saloon.
