"Mr. Lonely" is a single co-written and recorded by Bobby Vinton. I believe it is worthy of a meme page and article on this wiki.
From a first glance, this seems like a hard thing to support, it has very little usage and used at most 3 times in a year. However, I think that despite its very low usage, it is still worthy of a page for a few reasons…
This song is used annually on the channel. It is a (just about) yearly tradition on the channel. Almost every Valentine's Day, the song shows up at least once or twice and is only ever used on Valentine's Day (there have been a handful outside of it though). Valentine's Day isn't as popular of an event on the channel as stuff like Halloween or Christmas, so I don't think this should be chalked up to just a relatively popular song relating to the holiday.
What I think makes this song more special and unique for the channel is that it is explicitly referenced within "Holiday Spirit [FILE-INT-FOOLS] - Haltmann's Archives", the final reward for the FOOLS branch of the Susie ARG. The song, or rather "Mr. Lonely" himself, is described as the source of "Valentine's Spirit". This is a direct reference to the yearly rips, and gives the song minor lore relevance which further boosts its relationship with the channel.
Overall, although the source has had minor appearances on the channel, it is still an important song on it. It is referenced within the channel's lore, pushing it above most of the many "once a year" relevant date memes. It has a place among the meme list despite its low usage.

The early ones are out of key by a fifth almost as a rule. Did people really not get that melodies don’t have to start on the root back then?
Tho the Yume Nikki rip is one of my favorite rips ever, maybe it’s just the original track but it gives me chills every time
i really like the reuse of the vocal chops in the rips esp in lonely rolling star

If a source like Jingle Bells cant be a meme because its from a holiday that happens every year id say neither can this as it stands
