This is a mashup between "Right There, Ride On" from Sonic Rush and "Space Jam". Throughout the track, "Space Jam"'s vocals are arranged to "Right There, Ride On", with pitch-shifted "SLAM!" and "JAM!" samples playing over the "Right there" and "Ride on" samples respectively.

The track was first featured at 4:48:09 during "Space Jam Charity SLAM! Request Premiere #1" under the title "Right There, Right On - Sonic Rush", accompanied by an edited version of Sonic Rush official artwork with the title changed to read "SLAM Kush" and Sonic's and Blaze's heads replaced with pictures of Charles Barkley's, which are colored blue and purple respectively.
