Jokes
At 0:54, the advertised track is mashed up with "Mr. Lonely". At 2:14, a piano rendition of "Meet the Flintstones" is added. At 2:59, "Mr. Lonely" gets slighty off-beat with the advertised track.
One joke here is that there a lot of comparisons to be made between the situation described in "Mr. Lonely" and Toriel, a character from Undertale.
