Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 is a fighting game developed by Dimps and published by Atari exclusively for the PlayStation 2. It is the third title in the Budokai subseries of games based on the Dragon Ball Z anime.
The composer for Budokai 3's soundtrack is Kenji Yamamoto, who worked on other Dragon Ball Z soundtracks and the original soundtrack for Dragon Ball Kai before it was discovered that many of his works plagiarized other third party works, forcing his music to be removed and replaced for future projects (including the rerelease of Budokai 3 in the Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection).
This is currently a joke game on SiIvaGunner, and is used to post rips based on "September" under the track "Capsule Obtain", which plagiarized "September" (although a minority of "Capsule Obtain" rips do contain the actual track). Most of the rips have been uploaded on September 21st, the date mentioned in "September".
