"A Wild Announcement" is the high quality announcement video for the album Gurando no Mori.
Summary
This video imitates an Animal Crossing game being started.
The video opens with the spoof Nintendo "GiIvaSunner" logo appearing onscreen, accompanied by SiIvaGunner saying the channel's name. It then becomes a spoof of the title screen from the original Animal Crossing. We see a player character in a 7 GRAND DAD-themed outfit wander around the village, as the logo from the Gurando no Mori album cover, a flashing "Press START!" caption, and the notice "© 2016 GiIvaSunner" appear. The rip "Main Theme - Animal Crossing: The Movie" plays over this screen.
At 1:02, the "title screen" switches off, and switches to a spoof of the Animal Crossing series' startup preparations screens. The Smol K.K. Slider from the Gurando no Mori album cover stands in the spotlight as the rip "Let's Go to the Forest - Animal Crossing: The Movie" plays in the background. K.K. says the following, speaking in "Animalese" made from SiIvaGunner's "voice" (Voiceforge's "Wiseguy"):
