This is a hybrid mashup with/arrangement of "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears for Fears with/in the instruments and style of the advertised track. Several other songs are also mixed with the mashup; "ensolarado" by Kyaai, "Konfauna!" by Arkhand and two unknown BGMs used by Ina'nis Ninomae.[1]
The inclusion of "Konfauna!" references the lyric "Turn your back on mother nature" from "Everybody Wants To Rule The World".

History
This rip was originally a rip of Smol Ame, and had the title "Ninomae Ina'nis BGM - Smol Ame".[2] The rip was privated 40 minutes after, before being reuploaded as "明日も晴れるといいね (Ninomae Ina'nis BGM) (Extended Version)"[3] and later renamed to its current title.
