This initially starts out as an arrangement of "Dancing Mad (Movement 1)" from Final Fantasy VI in the style and instruments of the advertised track, as a pun on the advertised track's name "When I Get Mad I Dance Like This". However starting at 0:38, the arrangement begins to loop the 0:29 to 0:38 section of the arrangement, with it increasing in pitch until it fades out. After this is a lengthy silence, timed such that the video length gives a false impression of a full "Dancing Mad" arrangement. Finally, at 17:16, the rip becomes a mashup of Deltarune's "When I Get Happy I Dance Like This" with The Nutshack theme.
