The Susie ARG, also known as The SiIvaGunner RE:SPH ARG (Regarding: Susanna Patrya Haltmann), is an alternate reality game produced by SiIvaGunner. It began on December 19, 2024, during the Christmas 2024 event and was concluded on January 22, 2025.
According to "The Meeting - A SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story", the Susie ARG was conceived of by BobTheTacocat and directed by BobTheTacocat, Grambam36, Madinstance, minindo and Spottygamester. Development of the ARG begun on or before February 11, 2024.[1]
Timeline
On December 19, 2024, the SiIvaGunner channel premiered "SiIva Direct 12.19.2024", a video which was purported to contain announcements about the future of the channel, but was actually composed of nonsensical fake announcements.
At 26:44, the last segment of the video cuts to showing President Haltmann's deactivated laboratory after the events of "One Last Chance", with the SiIva A.I.'s core lying on the ground next to the smoldering remains of Haltmann's control module. At 26:49, one of the screens in the background begins flashing. The sequence of flashes can be transcribed as Morse code, which translates to "HWCINTERNALDB?HIGHQUALITY?RIP". This leads to the URL https://hwcinternaldb.highquality.rip/, a new page on the highquality.rip website, leading to the start of the ARG.
Upon accessing the URL, the page is revealed to be the "Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal" and contains seven folders, the first five of them contain branches of the first arc, followed by a HELP folder that explains how to navigate through the database while occasionally providing hints for the ARG and the last one is the starting point of the second arc.
Arc 1
The first arc consists of five branches that can be solved in any order, with each branch starting in one of the top five folders in the main page and ending with a collaborative project that leads to an internal Haltmann's Archives file related to said folder. For documentation purposes, the timeline is ordered chronologically, based on the sequence in which the branches were solved.
BLACK Branch
The "BLACK" folder is the third folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal. Its content concerns the alternate "Genocide" timeline of SilvaGunner: Rebooted, first seen in the SilvaGunner: Rebooted 1st Anniversary event. This branch was the first to be solved, on December 20, 2024.
The penultimate reward for this branch was SiIvaTale: Rebooted, an Undertale fan game which features Chad Warden facing off against a Snow Halation-empowered Haruka Amami, the last Figment left alive in the timeline, in a climactic boss battle in order to finish his destruction of the "Genocide" timeline.
The final step to this branch led to the unlisted video "Recovered Documents [FILE-INT-BLACK] - Haltmann's Archives". Following the solving of the BLACK branch, videos related to it were uploaded or made public.

MAXPH Branch
The "MAXPH" folder is the first folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal. Its content concerns primarily around the circumstances occurring in The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis. This branch was the second to be solved, on December 21, 2024.
The penultimate reward for this branch was "Cognitive Dissonance - A SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story", an interactive psychological horror visual novel starring the The Joke-Explainer™ 7000 set during the events of The SiIvaGunner Spooktacular Halloween Horror Special Part VII: The Night Stalker.
The final step to this branch led to the then-unlisted video "The World Beyond Ours [FILE-INT-MAXPH] - Haltmann's Archives". Following the solving of the MAXPH branch, a video version of Cognitive Dissonance premiered on December 25, 2024. On December 26, 2024, the soundtrack of the visual novel was uploaded to the channel.
PAINT Branch
The "PAINT" folder is the fifth folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal. Its content is themed primarily around connecting the various minor Universes found across the channel. This branch was the third to be solved, on December 21, 2024.
On December 20, 2024, the "What does A stand for" image was discovered and became the source of various shitposts within the Official SiIvaGunner Fan Server. One of these shitposts was made by the user SmallBlue, who put the clue through LUMA AI, an AI program that converts images into extended videos. This resulted in a video of the kid from the 9+10=21 Vine running away from another kid chasing them, while a caption that seemingly read "What Ae Ncaka?" appeared. This video, alongside an edit of the 21 Kid image made by the user maintheme2, would become the basis for "NOAKA", an in-joke among the solvers of the ARG used to refer to (joke) red herrings within the ARG. On December 21, 2024, a secret folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal website related to Noaka, which contained various memes related to the ARG, was discovered by Discord user Link2006.
The penultimate reward for this branch of the ARG was Mr Rental: The Video Game: Story Mode, a Choose Your Own Adventure game made entirely with unlisted YouTube videos. This Choose Your Own Adventure game involves Mr. Rental and Mr. Own swapping universes with each other after they are hit by the Crappily-Drawn Car and features 8 endings for both characters, making 16 endings in total.
After each step discovery, unlisted rips uploaded for this branch were periodically made public.
The final step to this branch led to the then-unlisted video "The Central Canon Continuum [FILE-INT-PAINT] - Haltmann's Archives". On December 22, 2024, four unlisted videos uploaded for this branch were made public: The Problem - e, The Solution - e, Story Mode - Mr Rental: The Video Game and Story Mode - Looney Tunes. During Arc 2 of the ARG, "Car Doors of Time ~ Side Story - Mr Rental: The Video Game", a video explaining the Lore of this branch, premiered on January 18, 2025.
AIRTH Branch
The "AIRTH" folder is the fourth folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal. Its content is themed primarily around the SiIva A.I. and the A.I. Universe. This branch was the fourth to be solved, on December 22, 2024.
The penultimate reward of this branch was News Flash! SiIvaGunner: King for a Day Tournament, a prequel to the King for Another Day Tournament MOJO!! based on the events of the King for a Day Tournament.
The final step to this branch led to the then-unlisted video "The Silva AI Timeline: A Summary of Events [FILE-INT-AIRTH] - Haltmann's Archives". The SIIVA AI LOGs were publicized on December 28, 2024.
FOOLS Branch
The "FOOLS" folder is the second folder on the Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal. Its content is themed around the various April Fools' Day events throughout channel's history, primarily April Fools' Day 2023. This branch was the fifth to be solved, on December 22, 2024.
After the Google Doc "MotSG" was discovered on December 22, 2024, the video "Mystery of the SiIcret Gunner - A SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story", the penultimate reward for this branch of ARG, was set to premiere later on the same day. This video was another Nutshackwoodman34 story and served as a broad strokes recap of this branch with a different conclusion.
The final step to this branch led to the then-unlisted video "Holiday Spirit [FILE-INT-FOOLS] - Haltmann's Archives".
RE:SPH
The first arc of the Susie ARG came to a close on December 22, 2024.
Each of the internal archives from the previous 5 folders featured a piece of "The Forbidden One" at the end and several repeating lines of text.

The 7th line of the repeating text featured extra letters before the repeating line. These characters can be decoded by putting them through a Vigenère cipher and using their respective folder's name as a key:

Combining these strings results in a YouTube playlist ID for the playlist "RE:SPH", originally titled "RE:". Upon the discovery of this playlist, the video "Regarding Susie [FILE-INT-RESPH] - Haltmann's Archives was set to premiere. This video marks the end of the first arc of the ARG and the beginning of a break in the ARG for the holiday season.
Arc 2
The second arc of The Susie ARG began on January 17, 2025 with the premiere of "Let's discuss business."
Section 1: Welcome Back
Section 1 of Arc 2 began with the opening of the GRAND folder through the password "I accept the proposal". Notable steps of this section included the "SiIvaGunner Trivia Quiz 7000", a Discord server for a quiz themed after the channel, and petrlb's Place, a ROBLOX game featuring the SiIvaGunner H.Q. from "Main Theme - Five Nights at Freddy's 57: Freddy in Space". This section of the ARG also featured a step in collaboration with the fan channel BaldiGunner, which consisted of three problems and five videos.
Section 1 of GRAND came to an end on January 18, 2025 with the premiere of "Aria Math (PAL Version) - Minecraft", a nearly 4 hour long video where Gamechap and Bertiechap explore the "Brown Bricks Pyramid" from the ARG's version of "Minecraft with Gadget" by The Joke-Explainer™ 7000. Near the end of this video, a Google Drive link is given that leads to a folder containing an image of a Minecraft inventory with blocks. Taking the IDs of these blocks and and interpreting them as ASCII characters resulted in "contact [email protected]", which leads to Section 2 of GRAND.
Section 2: Staggering Winds
Section 2 of GRAND began on January 18, 2025 by sending an email to [email protected]. This section of the ARG involved a crossover with the unofficial Deltarune ARG "Staggering Winds", which consisted of two videos uploaded onto the Staggering Winds channel and a new "none0" subsection for the Staggering Winds NeoCities. Additionally, "gonerpiece (Unused) - Deltarune" and "mus_station_transmission - Deltarune", two prior rips that referenced Staggering Winds, were updated to include captions in Wing Dings to find hidden pages on the NeoCities.
This section of the ARG came to and end on the same day it began with a step that involved using clues found throughout the two Staggering Winds videos to find the correct book and page within this community post on the Library of Babel website. By taking the first letter of each of the 3 letter words in the correct page's randon text results in "youretheannoyingnowdog" and "iancer", which points towards the user "Iancer" on YTMND.com and the GRAND branch's third section.
