This rip is a spoof of Sonic Retro's splash screens, with the following jokes:
- The Sonic Retro theme, "Theme of Sonic Retro (Space Harrier)" by Cinossu, has its melody changed to "Meet the Flintstones".
- The name "Sonic Retro" is replaced with "SiIva Retro", including the Japanese transcription and URL.
- The Star Post graphic in the background is replaced with the Lighthouse.
- Grand Dad is on top of the Chaos Emerald, doing the "twerking" dance seen in "Trailer Theme (In-Game Mix) - Sonic Mania".
- We see a version of the "Sonic bumping into the Chaos Emerald" animation from the Sonic 1/Sonic 2 Sonics splash screen, but using Sonic the Hedgehog's sprites instead of Sonic the Hedgehog 2's, and with Sonic immediately standing up and staring at the Chaos Emerald in annoyance instead of just sitting on the ground.
