Joke
This is a mashup between "One More Night" and "Chase The Cat" by Too $hort.
The rip's joke, its song title and the catchphrase in the description are references to an image macro of a bedridden dog saying "I'm sick... would you chase the cat for me??"[2], which became an in-joke within the SiIvaGunner team[3][4] due to the similarity between Chaze the Chat's name and "chase the cat".
