- We voted not to group artist features on List of rips referencing musicians into a sublist under the artist's entry. (3-2-2)
For example:
== Pharrel Williams == * ADD SUV: see Uffie [...]
...would have become:
== Pharrel Williams == [... Pharrel songs...] *In other lists* [italics] * ADD SUV: see Uffie
- Note: This vote narrowly missed the "two-thirds majority" rule with a ratio of three "support" votes to two "oppose" votes.

- Currently, the channel will be operated as a brand account channel, with the wiki staff and managers (selected by the wiki staff) operating it. The channel will be used to upload album exclusives and create/maintain automatic playlists.
- We will move entries on List of placeholder names to the article for the respective album(s) if they only appear on one or two albums. This should make the information easier to maintain, since it will become more obvious when placeholder names are not listed (as the moved information will be shown directly after each album's track list). (6-1-0)
- We will create a category for rips that only contain a single, unedited audio or video. The name will be discussed outside of the moot. (4-1-0)

The other categories will be handled through #meme-proposals. (5-1-0)

- We voted not to create "List of third-party albums", a list that documents "third-party" albums. "Third party" meaning "anything other than official SiIvaGunner media" and "album" meaning "something containing at least one lossless audio track" (8-0-6)
- The list would have included collaborative albums (those where at least 5 different SiIvaGunner contributors' rips are present), solo albums (those which primarily consist of a single contributor's rips), other SiIvaGunner rip compilations (other albums which consist entirely of SiIvaGunner rips) and any other albums that contain SiIvaGunner rips (for which each relevant track should be listed on the page)
- We voted not to create "Category:Rips included on third-party albums" (the category may also contain tracks) with the same definition above. (3-2-9)
- If this proposal passed, we would have also renamed Category:Non-SiIvaGunner album releases to "Category:Tracks from third-party sources" to avoid ambiguity
- We will add sections to SiIvaGunner Wiki: Glossary for notable third-party albums, including Secret Silva and Gangnamcore, and allow articles to link to each album's entry (e.g. SiIvaGunner Wiki: Glossary#S for Secret Silva) (14-0-0)

- We will create a "list of characters" page which includes all characters who have made speaking or cameo appearances in SiIvaGunner story content (including individual videos that are not connected to the main SiIvaGunner lore). (8-0-0)
- The list will be in the form of a sortable table with the columns "Name", "Origin", "First appearance", "Date [of first appearance]" and "Notes", and will link to other articles that have more information about particular characters.
- The list of characters will be split into three sections for major characters, minor characters and cameos. The distinction between "major characters" and "minor characters" is loosely defined, but the terms should be used in the same way as on the existing lists of characters.
- The existing page at "Characters" will be renamed to "Figments" and restructured accordingly, and "Characters" will then be redirected to "List of characters".
