I think it's pretty obvious that even though it has the amount of usages to be considered one it has never actually been considered one by the team. Also it just lacks relevance on the channel in the grand scheme of other channel memes i don't believe it has ever been officially deemed as one on the channel. I recall the idea of rips featuring troll notifications category or just a notification sounds category being made was brought up and hypothetically if that was made I would suggest discord notification being merged into that category.

Discord notification's most prevalent usage was about 8 rips in a year. This feels more like a general troll-type inclusion than something used as a part of a trend.

discord notif doesn't feel like a meme, I would also support the idea of a hypothetical category for rips with troll notif (rips by joke, not rips featuring)

I mean, makes sense. Not for being an "sound effect", but more of not being used in a similar terms as the other sound effects
