Waluigi Pinball has been used only around 26 times (bare minimum frequency threshold) in the span of 8 years. At most, it has appeared 6 times in one year (2018 and 2020). At least 5 uses were in arrangements in the KFAD tournaments (where it is a source for the Wario Bros.), and most other uses are in either medleys or fusion collabs. Overall, it's just a popular Mario Kart song that has only appeared occasionally in rips.
If they're at least make Waluigi better than just the Tacostand for plot convinience...

Counterpoint: The character is more due to CCC + The Susie ARG Lore related; plus the lore mostly based on Waluigi's Tacostand, in which I don't think it does work
I agreed with the Waluigi Pinball Brawl to be hyped, as since it's one of the rips that got announced and premiered, but the hype died down after that tbh
waluigi is a very tertiary character and song is rarely used to rep him. sad somewhat
not even a character theme to the waluigi character in lore. The brawl rip being hyped up isnt even about waluigi’s pinball as a meme, it’s moreso a callback to when waluigi pinball (beta mix) had an announced release date. Even there the meme was that it was a simple flintstones rip, not that it was waluigi’s pinball.
