SuperMarioLogan, currently known as SML, is a YouTube channel centered around plush and puppet based content. I believe that this should be considered a meme.
The channel saw frequent usage during 2020-2021 (12 in 2020 and 13 in 2021) before having a slight falloff in 2022. SML would have a major rise in usage towards the end of 2023 and early 2024, with 2023 in total having 19 rips featuring it and 2024 having 20. The channel has clearly had a push for various SML songs on the channel and many of them have high usage. Various other SML sources have been used alongside these higher used ones and have gotten many solo attention as well. There is a clear trend here and high amount of usage that I think should be documented.
The character Jeffy was also a cut competitor from the SiIvaGunner SmashUp! 2, and I think the fact that he was even considered shows that SML has had some importance to the channel. There's also a clear ripper forcing SML onto SiIva and SiIvaGunner even celebrated the deletion of the original SML channel with a couple of rips.
If this proposal passes, I believe we should delete the meme page and category for "Why?" and place those rips into a "Rips featuring SML" category.
Overall, SML has always had noticeable usage on the channel and has deserved its position as a channel meme, despite how controversial the source is.

i agree that Why? should be deleted and SML be a meme instead, there is a more general trend than just one song imo

I think ultimately Why is the most used thing but its used along with other Jeffy sources enough to where its obviously not the main idea and enough of SML is the same trend to where this is justified and theres definitely more than enough fodder for a page since theres noticeably a lot of threads with jokes that connect to each other in little ways (mainly thinking of specific clips that get reused and the sad songs + jeffy thing) it definitely works better than just Why in that regard

i thought this too ages ago but the cody rap song and the 10,000 dollars clip or whatever have tied into jeffy usage and those are mostly disconnected but appear multiple times and id like that mentioned somewhere
