"Puzzle Room (Rhythm Code) (Extended Ver.) - Kirby Planet Robobot" is a high quality rip of the extended ver. of "Puzzle Room (Rhythm Code)" from Kirby Planet Robobot.

Jokes

This rip mainly references the "Puzzle Room" incident.

The rip starts off with the advertised track's melody being changed to "Megalo Strike Back" from I Miss You - EarthBound 2012. Starting at 0:07, elements from the advertised track gradually come in, arranged to play "Russkij Pusskij" by Carlito, a song that is associated with the Puzzle Room incident. At the same time, the original "Megalo Strike Back" begins to fade in over the track until 0:13, where the rip launches into a hybrid mashup/arrangement between the advertised track, "Megalo Strike Back", and "Russkij Pusskij", with "Russkij Pusskij"'s vocals pitch-shifted to match at occasional points.

At 1:30, the thumbnail image suddenly becomes black and white, in sync with the tempo change in "Russkij Pusskij". At 1:48, the thumbnail image fades back to normal. At the same time, a muffled "You!" vocal sample from "Crank That" by Soulja Boy is layered over the "you" in the "Russkij Pusskij" vocals.

At 2:15, the thumbnail image cuts to a clip from "Russkij Pusskij"'s official music video, then changes to an edit of the Felix the Cat thumbnail image, with the game logo reading "Felix el Cuate" and with Felix holding maracas and having a skin-colored face, as the rip transitions to "Russkij Pusskij" samples being pitch-shifted to "Title Screen"/"Continue?" from Uwol: Quest for Money/Felix the Cat; mashed up with the ED to Kill Me Baby. As the rip ends, a voice clip of Vinesauce Joel saying "WHAT?!" from his reaction to the game over screen from the Felix the Cat bootleg game plays.

History

This rip was originally "Puzzle Room (Program Rhythm) (Extended Ver.) - Kirby Planet Robobot".[1] It was renamed on December 4, 2023 to match the soundtrack title.

Trivia

  • The credited composer is actually the composer of "Continue?", not "Puzzle Room".
