"Playboi Carti Standing Goat" refers to a video that shows a taxidermized goat with the song "Pissy Pamper" by Young Nudy & Pi’erre Bourne ft. Playboi Carti. It's also a minor meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.
History
Sometime around late April 2019, a now-defunct video of a taxidermized goat with the song "Pissy Pamper" playing in the background surfaced. The creator behind the concoction is supposedly from the now-deleted Instagram user cloutboidylan[1]. Whether it's a repost or the original is unknown.
Goat
On September 5, 2018, the artist and taxidermist, Adele Morse, uploaded, on her Instagram account, a video of a goat she taxidermized, who she nicknamed "Billy the Goat Kid" [2]. It shows the taxidermized goat, standing, in a dark room, with the light shone on Billy. The caption reads:
Ok so I have been casting foxes all day and I may full well be high on fumes but..... am I crazy to think Billylooks like he is alive and moving at the end? Mainly his ears. This video is from the show with @mothmeister and @annie_montgomerie_art in the crypt in London. It was months ago but when i opened my phone this video is suddenly and mysteriously first. What is going on. .

Song
The song used in the meme is "Pissy Pamper", also known as "Kid Cudi". It was rapped by Young Nudy featuring Playboi Carti and Kid Cudi, and produced by Pi’erre Bourne. This song was made for Pi’erre Bourne and Young Nudy's mixtape Sli'merre. Its beat samples the song "Tasogare" by Mai Yamane. On April 18, 2019, the song was leaked, and it started to gain popularity in meme culture, due to Carti's "baby voice".[3]
Rips
Before the meme appeared on the channel, "Pissy Pamper" was remixed in a King for Another Day track of the same name by Expensive Dispenser. Later in March 2020, the first rip featuring the Playboi Carti Standing Goat meme, "Mimiga Town (Beta Mix) - Cave Story" was uploaded to the channel. Rips that reference the meme usually play the video of the taxidermized goat and have its advertised track changed into the tune of "Pissy Pamper". Some other rips put the goat in the art style of its advertised game, like "Fortress BGM (Beta Mix) - Super Mario Bros. 3" and "The Door - Deltarune". There are also rips that only use the video, like "Main Theme - Nyan Cat: Lost In Space" and "Mysterious Crash - EarthBound", or only the song, like "King Tower - The Urbz: Sims in the City".
