The track begins with the sound of a faucet being turned off, followed by percussion consisting of the sounds of pots being hit and water dripping. At 0:20, electronic wave-like sounds reminiscent of the ones used in "Music That Makes You Poop" by Sounds You Need are added, playing the melody of "Snow halation", with another instrument being added at 0:49. At 1:11, the music stops and audio of a person defecating plays, followed by various fart sound effects, which are arranged to play "Snow halation". The percussion then returns at 1:32, with a tuba being added at 1:47. The fart noises from "Nerf This!" and "fart with extra reverb" by DairyOrange play at 2:00 and 2:02, respectively. The track ends with the sound of a toilet being flushed.
