The video begins with gameplay footage of Sandwich Runner playing on the bottom left corner of the screen, and Going Balls playing on the bottom right corner. At 3:55, gameplay footage of the ROBLOX game Tower of Hell is added between the Sandwich Runner and Going Balls footage. At 6:31, footage from Subway Surfers is added to the top of the screen. At 8:17, footage from the Family Guy episode "Patriot Games" is added to the top left corner of the screen. At 11:00, footage from Crossy Road is added to the right of the Subway Surfers footage. Finally, at 11:58, the Jeff the Killer image is added to the top right corner of the screen, completely covering the original video.
