Joke
This rip is a NES arrangement "Mission Briefing" from the Time Trax (Genesis) OST, starting off in the style of the advertised track. As the rip goes on, it incorporates elements reminiscent of the style of Tim Follin's other NES music.
Both the Pictionary and Time Trax OSTs were composed by Tim Follin, and "Mission Briefing" even borrows some musical elements from "Move Piece". There are several other rips on this channel like this that combine multiple songs by Follin.
