"Mambo No. 5" (also known as "Mambo No. 5 (A Little Bit Of...)") is a Latin song by Pérez Prado. It is a meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.

Summary

The original version of "Mambo No. 5" was recorded by Cuban musician Pérez Prado in 1949, then released in 1950.

The song is most well known for its rendition by German singer Lou Bega, titled "Mambo No. 5 (A Little Bit Of...)". It initially released as a single on April 19, 1999, then appeared on the album A Little Bit of Mambo the following July 19. Bega's rendition uses riffs from the original, combined with new lyrics. It quickly became a hit, reaching No. 1 on many weekly charts, as well as No. 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Bega later performed an alternate version for a Disney Channel music video.

Bega's rendition was part of a seven-year copyright trial involving Prado's estate. In 2008, the courts ruled it co-written by Prado and Bega.

In 2001, BBC Records released a novelty cover featuring Bob the Builder. Another cover was performed during the fifth season of The Masked Singer; the performer was then revealed to be Logan Paul.

In the Japanese version of Donkey Konga, "Mambo No. 5" ("マンボNo.5") is featured as a cover.
