From 0:08, "nyah" from the Wario World track "Pause Screen" are pitch-shifted to the vocals from the opening verse of "I Will Survive". From 0:25, the "nyah" sounds instead sing the melody of "Smooth" over the MIDI cover of "I Will Survive".
