This is a mashup between "sans." and the vocals of "Panda" by Desiigner. Sans' voice is also dubbed over some of the rolled Rs.
The description was originally normal[1] but later had two lines that say "Arrangement: Toby Fox" added to it on the day of the rip's upload. A fourth line that says "Composer and Arrangement: Copyright Toby Fox" was added the day after the rip's upload. This is a reference to the way the music is repetitively credited to Toby Fox in the game itself.
