This video repeatedly plays a distorted sample of the lyric (or what it can be roughly translated to be) "keep your quality up in the sky" from the song "Sci-Fi Wasabi" by Cibo Matto. The sample also speeds up slowly.
At 0:45, text appears:

At 1:01, the video glitches, with a sequence of images showing up for 1 frame:

- An even more distorted version of SiIva's avatar

In between each of these is the message, but over a sky background.
At 1:03, the video glitches again, but instead of images, it just has a blue gradient.
At roughly 1:10, the video glitches yet again, but now everything disappears and the audio's more distorted.
