Joke
This is a melody change rip. The melody is likely supposed to be "Invincible" from Super Mario Bros., based on how it sounds vaguely similar and would reference how Super Mario Land is one of the few Mario games that doesn't use said melody, but if that is supposed to be the joke, the rip gets the rhythm completely wrong and the melody is off-key by 7 semitones.
