This is a low-quality Windows Movie Maker tutorial which purportedly showcases how to catch a "Grandon", a combination of Grand Dad's secondary form and the Pokémon Groudon, in Pokémon Ruby, though the video instead shows gameplay footage of Pokémon Emerald. The player, named "SIIVA", starts in Littleroot Town and uses a level 100 Salamence to fly to Sootopolis City. They enter a house and use the Salamence again to cut down a potted tree and enter the house's backdoor, in which an NPC gives them an album in exchange for a Liechi Berry. After going through Route 103, the player then enters Altering Cave, gives the album to their level 77 Sudowoodo, and uses its Dig move to teleport to a special area containing the level 77 Grandon. After a close fight using their level 77 Blaziken, the player uses a Master Ball to catch the Grandon and the video ends with credits announcing the release of the new albums.

[The video begins with a Windows Movie Maker title sequence with the following text:] siivagunner presents how to catch grandon in pokemon ruby [The video cuts to Pokémon Emerald gameplay footage of the player in Littleroot Town. They open their Pokémon menu, highlighting their level 100 Salamence and its abilities, then open their item bag, highlighting their four Liechi Berries. They then use their Salamence to fly to Sootopolis City. The following text appears throughout:] the first step is to make sure you have a level 100 salamence who knows cut you will also need to have at least one liechi berry now we have to go to sootopolis [The player arrives at Sootopolis City and enters a house to the right of the Pokémon Center, which contains a backdoor blocked by three potted trees. The middle tree is cut down using the Salamence's Cut move, allowing the player to enter a room containing a sole NPC in the middle. The NPC says "I'm so hungry, would you like to trade your LIECHI BERRY for this ALBUM?" and the player obtains an album, with the description "An album filled with high quality video game music." The following text appears throughout:] go to this house and enter once you enter you will see there is a door being blocked by some trees, use cut to cut them when you enter go talk to the nerd in the center of the room, he will give you an album in exchange for a liechi berry you can see the album is now in your bag [A Windows Movie Maker title sequence appears with the following text:] next, go to route 103 (skipping ahead because its boring) [The video cuts to gameplay footage of the player running through Route 103, then entering Altering Cave. They give the album to their level 77 Sudowoodo, then have it use its Dig move, causing the player to be teleported to a special rocky area. At the other end of the area, they find the Grandon, which appears in the overworld as Grand Dad's primary form, and in-game text appears reading GRAND DAD!? as the two begin a battle. The following text appears throughout:] enter the altering cave next, make sure you have a level 77 sudowoodo that knows dig and make it hold the album now have it use dig whats this?????????? omg [The player fights the level 77 Grandon with their level 77 Blaziken. The Grandon has the Sand Stream ability and uses the moves Fake Out and Ancient Power, managing to damage the Blaziken down to low health. After the Grandon is damaged substantially, the player uses their Master Ball to catch it successfully. Its Pokédex entry reads "GRANDON has been said to roam the earth since the stone age. One smash of its thick club can split the earth, and its distinct cry creates tremors."
