"Fountain of Dreams - Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land" is a high quality rip of "Fountain of Dreams" from Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land.
Jokse
From 0:10, the rip is an arrangement of "Daydream Syndrome" from the anime Yumekui Merry incorporating parts of the advertised track, using instruments from games in the Kirby series and Pokémon Black & White. At 2:40, the The Noble Haltmann melody from Kirby: Planet Robobot is quoted. A voice clip from the anime opening is also used at 3:41.
At 0:12, the video background flashes several times and the character Nightmare from the game can be seen briefly. The video then descends to the Fountain of Dreams from the game, and silhouettes of the characters Kirby and Merry Nightmare, from Yumekui Merry, move across the screen. The Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land logo then reappears above the fountain, along with the insignia on Merry Nightmare's hat.
