The advertised track is mashed up with "Giant Virus" by Epic Mountain, a song composed for the Kurzgesagt - In a Nutshell video "This Virus Shouldn't Exist (But it Does)".
At 0:12 and 1:05, the "Battle Encounter" sound effect from Undertale plays. At 0:28, the melody of the advertised track briefly changes to "Your Reality" from Doki Doki Literature Club!.
At 1:05, directly after the second "Battle Encounter" sound, elements of "Équinoxe" from Minecraft are introduced and replaces "Giant Virus" until 1:22, when "Giant Virus" is reintroduced. Also, from 1:05 the piano plays "Balcony" from Cave Story until 1:29 where "Scattered and Lost" from the advertised game is added to the mashup.
