This is a parody of the video "Tony Hawk's Moving Castle" by EyeCandryMovies.
The ska punk arrangement of "Merry-Go-Round of Life" from Howl's Moving Castle from the video is arranged in the style of "We Are Number One".
The Twitter conversation is replaced with a spoof one, with the two users being Reader and Jerome, which is zoomed in on in the same manner as the original video:
