Jokes
At 0:05, the music stops with a record scratch, and John Cleese says "And now for something completely different" from the movie of the same name. After that, "Terror Squad" by Zomboy starts playing, but the line "It's fucking Zomboy" is edited into "It's fucking GiIvaSunner", and the drop is pitch-shifted into "Meet the Flintstones".
