At 0:14, the melody changes to "Scatman's World" by Scatman John, then to "Smooth" at 1:13 and "The Noble Haltmann" at 1:41. At 1:54, the drum break from "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins is mashed up with the music.

The video begins with a brief fade from black into the thumbnail image. At 1:14, most letters of the logo begin slowly fading out, leaving only the "N" from "Chrono" and the last five letters of "Trigger", spelling out a racial slur. At 1:38, artwork of the character Crono from the advertised game appears on the left side of the screen, edited to have dark skin and black hair.
