Big Time Rush[1] is an American pop music boy band formed in 2009, consisting of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. The group starred in Nickelodeon's television series of the same name, Big Time Rush[2]. It's also a minor meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.
Rips
The first rip to feature Big Time Rush, "Course Clear (Beta Mix) - Super Mario Bros 3", was uploaded on July 21, 2020 and until 2021 there were no other rips featuring the band. Rips featuring the band are mostly mashups, melody changes or pitch-shifting using their music or voice lines from the show. Big Time Rush also appears in a handful of medley rips.
Big Time Rush has two official games, which SiIvaGunner rips tracks from, that being Big Time Rush: Dance Party and Big Time Rush: Backstage Pass.
Channel events
On January 18, 2021 "Intro - Big Time Rush: Dance Party" was uploaded to the channel, simultaneously introducing the Big Time Rush 11th Anniversary event, and one day later 24/Seven Grand Rush was released, a high quality album by SiIvaGunner, that compilies all Big Time Rush-related tracks from the event and the one aforementioned Super Mario Bros 3 rip from 2020. The album was announced through the video "An announcement from Gustavo".
On January 18, 2022 the Big Time Rush 12th Anniversary was celebrated with a short channel event, which only consisted of 4 rips in total.
