At 0:23, when Randy says "a", the screen dims black and a lowercase letter "a" in white appears. The thumbnail screen does a block transition to the aforementioned South Park scene, with the white letter "a" then sliding diagonally into the empty slot shown in the scene, as well, turning to black, creating the actual answer from the South Park scene.
At 0:31, the ending of a Wheel of Fortune episode, with the audience cheering and the announcer saying "Remember, to join the Wheel Watchers Club, log on to wheeloffortune.com!"
