"A Stealthy Announcement [Tactical Stealth Arrangements Out Now!]", initially titled "A Stealthy Announcement" before being renamed, is the announcement video for SGFR Presents: Tactical Stealth Arrangements.
Content
The rip begins as a Codec call between Colonel Roy Campbell and Solid Snake with "Gun Twirling Type Beat (Prod. DJ SOLID SNAKE)" playing in the background. In the Codec call, Colonel first asks Snake about SGFR, before explaining to Snake about the album and that Snake needs to stop the album from going public by infiltrating the radio base. At 2:00, it fades to the "Kept you waiting, huh?" cutscene from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, with it then cutting the reveal of the album with some of the tracks of the album playing.
