The video opens with a spoof of Sheet Music Boss' title card, changed to read:

It then changes to the footage of Athletic Theme being played in SeeMusic, a MIDI visualiser program, with a promotional artwork of Mario and Yoshi from Super Mario World in the bottom right corner. However, at 0:18, the melody switches to "Witch Doctor", in reference to the rip "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World". At 0:56, the MIDI becomes a MP3 to MIDI auditory illusion, with the aforementioned rip's second half converted to a MIDI format (also in a slightly faster tempo).
