The video begins by showing the name of the album, 7 Grand Sunshine!!, with the subtitle "A Love Live! Sunshine!! Compilation Album", on a blue background. Afterwards, the video transitions to a different visual with the album title in the top left, the Love Live! logo in the top right (subtitled "SiIvaGunner Album"), and the release date at the bottom left. The video also cycles through some tracks from the album, with each track played in the background, and its track name, used Love Live! Sunshine!! song, original rip, original rip upload date, and a fun fact shown in the center.

For the first nine tracks, the video also reveals a character illustration of an Aqours member holding a nesoberi plush of a prominent SiIvaGunner character along with their associated accessory, gradually filling up the grid on the left side in the following order:
